• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
• Returns are only applicable in case of:
• Damaged product
• Defective item
• Incorrect product delivered

• Customised bridal coord sets and orders with customised measurements are not eligible for return.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Size exchanges are allowed, subject to stock availability.
• Exchange requests must be raised within the specified timeline.
📌 Customised bridal pieces or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange.
